Panda Peeks – Salad Atelier

salad atelier bangkok

Salad Atelier, which literally translates to ‘salad workshop used by an artist or a designer’, has been attracting a lot of attention in KL, Malaysia for the past year. It’s not just because of its palatable and appetizing salad mixes, but because of the option to easily customize your own salad depending on your taste and nutritional needs.

Come and explore Salad Atelier in Bangkok today with me! I, personally, have never seen salads made so beautiful and in humongous serving sizes while keeping prices really, really low. Every time I visit this shop, I feel satisfied because I know I’m stuffing myself full with really healthy choices.

As I looked at their menu, I found out that I have 12 choices to choose from, should I decide to order one of Salad Atelier’s concocted salads. Their huge serving of Chicken Salad is only THB 155.00, which is the most expensive on the list, and the cheapest option is their Garden Salad at only THB 95.00.

If you want a customized salad, let me guide you in making your own. You first have to choose your salad base, which requires you to choose 2 from either mixed lettuce, baby spinach, pasta, green crisp, mixed oak leaf, warm potatoes or baby salad.

Once you’re done choosing the bases for your salad, you’ll now be picking 6 main ingredients from 35 different top notch ingredients. Your choices include different kinds of fruits, vegetables, and seeds.

After that comes the easiest and the best part – choosing the dressing. I prefer light and healthy dressings for my salad so I always choose the Avocado Lemon dressing for any of my Salad Atelier orders. It goes perfectly every single time! If this is not your cup of tea, you have 19 other choices of dressings to choose from.

How do you like your salads from Salad Atelier? Share with us your own salad recipes, we’d love to try them, too!
