Bistro Bordello is located in Din Daeng district, the most convenient way to get here is to take the MRT subway and get off at Phra Ram 9 station, about 10 minutes away from the station. This restaurant has the look and feel of a friendly yet charming neighbour restaurant. The setting and decor here are quite simple. Even if it was Sunday, the ambience here is lively. The service here is exceptionally great. As we walked in, we were greeted by Bistro Bordello’s friendly staffs, who make us feel as if we were long-time regulars.
ร้าน Bistro Bordello ตั้งอยู่แถวๆดินแดง ไม่ไกลจากรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินพระรามเก้าเท่าไหร่ เดินจากสถานีมาประมาณ 10 นาทีก็ถึงร้านแล้วล่ะค่ะ เราประทับใจกับการตกแต่งร้านมากๆ เรียบๆแต่ให้อารมณ์เหมือนร้านอาหารแถวบ้านที่เราชอบไปเวลาไม่มีอะไรเหลือให้กินในตู้เย็น เราเลือกที่จะมาที่นี่ตอนเที่ยงวันอาทิตย์ แม้ว่าร้านเพิ่งเปิดตอนเที่ยงพอดี แต่บรรยากาศก็เริ่มคึกคักแล้วค่ะ สิ่งที่ประทับใจมากๆเกี่ยวกับร้านนี้คือ การบริการดีเยี่ยมมาก พี่ๆสตาฟที่นี่เป็นกันเอง ชวนคุยแนะนำอาหารเหมือนว่าเราเป็นลูกค้าประจำกันเลยทีเดียว
We arrived at Bistro Bordello on quiet Sunday at a little pass noon, about time to grab our Sunday brunch. We agreed to start off our Sunday with some carbohydrate so the staffs recommended us to try Morning Bagel, complete with cream cheese, bacon and fried egg. The bagel is chewy, cream cheese is excellent, bacon is crispy but not overcooked and the sunny side up egg adds savoury flavour and protein. It is a simple combination but it’s just so delightful and addictive that I almost asked for one more.
เนื่องจากเรามาถึง Bistro Bordello ในวันอาทิตย์ตอนเที่ยง ถึงเวลาอาหารกลางวันพอดีเลย เราเลยขอเริ่มทานมื้อเที่ยงวันอาทิตย์ของเราด้วย Morning Bagel ที่มี ครีมชีส เบค่อน และไข่ดาวเป็นส่วนประกอบ เบเกิลจานนี้หน้าตาดูธรรมดาๆ แต่อร่อยลืม.. เบเกิลเหนียวๆนุ่ม ครีมชีสก็รสชาติดีมาก ไม่เปรี้ยวเกินไป เบค่อนนี่ถือว่าเด็ดเลย ทอดมาแบบกรอบๆแต่ไม่แข็งเกิน ใส่ไข่ดาว sunny side up เยิ้มๆ อร่อยจนอยากขอทานอีกชิ้นเลยค่ะ
We don’t want to feel guilty by not adding any green to the meal so we complemented our order with healthy Farmer Salad with fresh lettuce, corn, potatoes, cucumber accompanied with chicken breast, poached egg and topped with creamy Emmental cheese. I would say that Vinaigrette dressing is what I really love since I have never tasted Vinaigrette this flavourful before. Okay, now we feel really healthy and I’m sure that you, healthy folks, will totally love this salad.
