I’ve been longing for a decent sandwich for quite some time now, today it’s a great day to finally drag myself to one of the most popular sandwich shops. Yes, I’m talking about Subway.

The first thing that always comes to my mind when talking about Subway is obviously sandwich. Don’t let the idea of “fast-food franchise” fool you, here at Subway, they serve not only Sandwiches with loads of healthy ingredients but also some other healthy stuff, like Salad for example, as well. You can get super creative with your order since there’s wide range of bread, meats, vegetables and condiments for you to choose from.

Subway Melt
I decided to order Subway Melt sandwich – freshly baked bread (by the way, they offer five types of bread: Sesame, Wheat, Italian, Honey Oat and drum roll, please …. my favourite – Parmesan Oregano) stuffed with sliced chicken, ham, crispy bacon, melted and gooey cheese, your choice of vegetables and condiments. Once you order, the staff will freshly prepare the lovely sandwich at lightning speed to make sure you’ll get your order as fast as possible. I’ve tried several Subway sandwiches and they never disappoint me. They’re just that great.
วันนี้เลือกสั่ง Subway Melt ค่ะ เป็นเมนูแซนด์วิชอบร้อน ขนมปังกรอบนอกนุ่มในอบใหม่ๆ (ซึ่งมีให้เลือกมากถึงห้าชนิด) พร้อมกับไก่นุ่มๆ แฮม เบค่อนกรอบๆ ชีสเยิ้มๆ พร้อมซอสและผักที่ต้องการค่ะ หลังจากที่เราสั่งไปแล้ว ทางร้านจะรีบเตรียมแซนด์วิชให้สดๆร้อนๆ ด้วยความรวดเร็ว รับรองว่าไม่เกินสามนาทีครึ่งแซนด์วิชแสนอร่อยก็พร้อมให้เราได้รับประทานแล้วค่ะ

Hmm, what should I pair my Subway Melt with? A bowl of greens to add a healthy kick to the meal seemed like a great idea, don’t you think? Subway salad allows you to turn your personal favourite meats and veggies into a mouth-watering and healthy salad made the way you want it. I always go with lettuce, tomato, olive and cucumber. My choice of meat was normally chicken. Then top it with fat-free honey mustard dressing (Subways offers a good number of dressings as well.) Here you go! Great match for a flavorful and guiltless meal.

Subway cookies
I think Subway probably has some of the best tasting cookies available. That’s why I’ve decided not to leave Subway without satisfying my sweet tooth. Currently, they offer four different cookies on their menu, including their classic and most popular chocolate chip cookie – which is my favourite. Subway cookies are soft but not floury, simply the best treat to end the meal.

All in all, Subway is the epitome of a decent fast-food restaurant chain. They serve everything from lovely sandwiches, healthy salads and heavenly amazing cookies. I visited Sukhumvit 23 – Asoke branch and found that the staffs here were kind, the service was really fast and the food was superb. What more can I ask for?
