Great food and good vibe are the only two things that a city girl like me can ask for, after such a long tiring week working at the office. When weekend approaches, all I want to do is to get some good workout, then just sit down, enjoying healthy food. That’s why Design Your Body Fitness and Food (DYB) has long become my favorite place for meeting and chitchatting with my friends. You heard that right! Here, a fitness center and a healthy food corner are combined together.

With one stop, you’ll both get your body fit and have your appetite filled. With its original concept, ‘An incredible selection of delicious and healthy food designed to help you meet your fitness goals’, DYB has prepared a wide range of reasonably priced dishes and beverages, which are both healthy and delicious, to ensure customers’ satisfaction with every visit. The foodpanda team explored this place just last week, and found a perfect food match from DYB’s list of menu!
Design Your Body Fitness and Food ตั้งอยู่ในโครงการ AQUA เป็นไลฟ์สไตล์มอลล์ที่อยู่ไม่ไกลจากบีทีเอสสถานีสะพานควายค่ะ บรรยากาศของที่นี่ดูอบอุ่นเป็นกันเอง สไตล์ครอบครัว เป็นทั้งฟิตเนสแล้วก็ร้านอาหารไปพร้อมๆกัน แวะมานี่ที่แค่ที่เดียว รับรองว่าได้ดูแลสุขภาพให้ฟิต แล้วก็ได้ดูแลท้องให้อิ่มแปล้ด้วยค่ะ! คอนเซปต์ของทางร้านก็เก๋ๆดังนี้เลยค่ะ ‘an incredible selection of delicious and healthy food designed to help you meet your fitness goals’ เอาเป็นว่าทานอาหารอร่อยๆได้โดยไม่ต้องกังวลว่าจะอ้วน ที่ร้านมีอาหารที่ราคาจับต้องได้ให้เลือกหลากหลายเมนู มีทั้งของคาวและเครื่องดื่มเพื่อสุขภาพ ซึ่งทั้งอร่อยและดีต่อสุขภาพด้วย ฉะนั้นลูกค้าที่แวะมาใช้บริการที่นี่มั่นใจได้เลยค่ะว่าจะกลับไปพร้อมกับรอยยิ้มและความพึงพอใจอย่างแน่นอน ฟู้ดแพนด้าได้มีโอกาสแวะไปที่ร้านเมื่อสัปดาห์ที่แล้วค่ะ แล้วก็เจอ perfect match อยู่คู่หนึ่งจากเมนูของร้านนี้นี่แหละ ตามไปดูกัน!
We arrived there on a Saturday noon, but luckily the place wasn’t crowded yet. Recommended by the staff who greeted us warmly, I ordered the salad dish called Cajun Salmon. Three sizes can be chosen from: THB 209 for small, THB 244 for medium and THB 279 for large. I chose a medium-sized order. What’s special about Design Your Body’s Cajun Salmon is that you’ll get to design your own bowl of salad. Three simple steps: First, choose your base for the salad (green and red veggies), chopped salad or Riceberry. Then you can pick 5 toppings. My suggestion includes broccoli, roasted pumpkin, toasted bread, boiled whole egg and corn. Lastly, choose your dressing. Sesame Soy Sauce is my personal favorite.
เราไปถึงที่ร้านในวันเสาร์ช่วงเที่ยงๆค่ะ แต่โชคดีที่คนยังไม่แน่นเท่าไหร่ พนักงานแนะนำว่าให้สั่งเมนูที่มีชื่อว่า แซลมอนคาจุน ค่ะ มีให้เลือก 3 ขนาดด้วยกัน ไซส์เล็กราคา 209 บาท ไซส์กลางราคา 244 บาท และไซส์ใหญ่ราคา 279 บาท เราเลือกสั่งเป็นไซส์กลางไปค่ะ สิ่งที่ทำให้สลัดจานนี้มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวก็คือทางร้านให้เราเลือกส่วนผสมต่างๆด้วยตัวเองค่ะ มี 3 ขั้นตอนง่ายๆคือ อย่างแรกคือเลือก base ก่อน มีเป็น Salad ธรรมดา, Chopped Salad แล้วก็ข้าวไรซ์เบอร์รี่ ค่ะ จากนั้นก็เลือกท็อปปิ้งได้อีก 5 อย่าง ส่วนตัวแนะนำเป็นบร๊อคโคลี่ ฟักทองย่าง ขนมปังปิ้ง ไข่ต้ม แล้วก็ข้าวโพด สุดท้ายก็เลือกน้ำสลัดค่ะ น้ำสงัดงาของที่นี่อร่อยนะคะ แนะนำเลย
The fresh veggies and salmon in this mouthwatering salad has made the Cajun Salmon dish amazingly delicious! The salmon bites were of soft texture with a rich flavor and the serving size was just right to serve one. The greens were very clean, fresh and naturally sweet. While eating this salad dish, I felt like needing some cool and refreshing beverage to eat along.
I looked through Design Your Body’s menu once again and was interested by the green protein shake they call the Green Hulk, labelled with no syrup added. The drink is the mixture between whey protein, spinach, peach, banana, milk, and honey. I felt that the taste was a bit weird at first, but as I continued tasting, I couldn’t deny that its flavor was uniquely delicious. The smell of the peach dominated and the milk helped in bringing the full-bodied texture. Drinking it along with your salad dish is not a bad idea at all! I personally felt that the Green Hulk drink was a perfect match to the Cajun Salmon salad. Plus, the taste of the banana complemented well with the corn bits in the salad bowl. Try it for yourself and you’ll know that I’m not exaggerating!
ผัดสดๆแล้วก็ตัวน้ำสลัดที่รสชาติกลมกล่อมทำให้ แซลมอนคาจุน อร่อยมากๆเลยค่ะ! ชิ้นแซลมอนขนาดพอดีคำ เนื้อแน่น รสชาติเข้มข้น และปริมาณก็พอเหมาะพอดีสำหรับทานคนเดียวด้วย ผักของที่นี่สดและสะอาดมากค่ะ แล้วก็ให้รสหวานแบบธรรมชาติด้วย ขณะที่ทานสลัดชามนี้ไป ก็เริ่มรู้สึกอยากจะหาเครื่องดื่มเย็นๆชื่นใจมาทานคู่กันหน่อย เลยเปิดเมนูของทางร้านดูอีกรอบ แล้วก็สะดุดตากับเครื่องดื่มสีเขียวๆแก้วหนึ่งเข้า มีชื่อว่า Green Hulk ค่ะ แถมระบุไว้ด้วยนะคะว่าไม่มีการใส่ไซรัปลงไปผสม บอกตามตรงเลยว่า ตอนที่เครื่องดื่มแก้วนี้มาเสิร์ฟตรงหน้า ไม่มีความรู้สึกอยากดื่มเลย เพราะทุกอย่างมันดูเขียวไปหมดเลยอ่ะ แต่โดยปกติแล้ว เรามักจะไม่ตัดสินอะไรจากหน้าตาเพียงอย่างเดียวค่ะ ต้องลองชิมดูก่อนถึงจะบอกได้ ส่วนผสมของ Green Hulk ประกอบไปด้วย เวย์โปรตีน ผักโขม พีช กล้วย นม และน้ำผึ้งค่ะ ตอนดูดไปแรกๆ รู้สึกว่ารสชาติออกจะประหลาดๆหน่อย แต่พอดื่มไปเรื่อยๆ เริ่มจะติดใจและถูกปากขึ้นมาค่ะ เป็นรสชาติเฉพาะตัวที่อร่อยดีเหมือนกัน กลิ่นของพีชจะค่อนข้างเด่นมากและนมก็ช่วยทำให้รสชาติโดยรวมเข้มข้นขึ้นมาก ดื่มเครื่องดื่มปั่นแก้วนี้คู่กับ แซลมอนคาจุน ก็เป็นไอเดียที่ดีเลยนะคะ ส่วนตัวรู้สึกว่าจับคู่ 2 เมนูนี้เข้าด้วยกันแล้วลงตัวดีอ่ะ เพราะว่าตอนทานสลัด บางทีมีผักขมๆ แบบขมปี๋ๆเลยก็มีค่ะ พอดูด Green Hulk ตามเข้าไป ความหวานของน้ำผึ้งกับพีชจะช่วยทำให้หายขมได้เลย นอกจากนี้รสชาติของกล้วยยังเข้ากันได้ดีกับข้าวโพดในสลัดด้วยค่ะ ลองทานดูแล้วจะรู้ว่าเราไม่ได้เว่อร์เลยนะเนี่ย
